Hi, I am currently waiting for our NOA 2, and starting to gather everything my fiancé needs for his interview. I am a student, and I receive child support as a source of income. I know I will need a co sponsor. My father has agreed to do so for me. My question is, do I also fill out an affidavit of support as well? Along with my fathers affidavit of support? And if so, do I list child support as a form of income? Thank you in advance.

Yes, as the petitioner you are always the primary sponsor, so both you and dad fill in a I-864.
