Hello there,

I am hoping someone on here will be able to look at my situation and provide some guidance on how to satisfy NVC.

Today i received checklist email from NVC with following issues in red:

[x] The Affidavit of Support is an important legal contract between you and the U.S. government. During our review, we identified one or more sections that were either incomplete or contained incorrect information. Please review the additional instructions below then complete and submit a new Affidavit of Support. You can download the I-864 form and instructions at http://www.uscis.gov/i-864.
[x] Please include a photocopy of the principal applicant's I-864 and I-864A (if applicable) for each accompanying dependent listed in Part 3 of the I-864 and Part 5 of the I-864A (if applicable). You do not need to send copies of supporting documents for your accompanying dependents.
[x] In Part 3. Information on the Immigrant(s) You are sponsoring, please correct the following...
[x] Items 3.a. through 27. You must list any spouse or children the principal applicant said would accompany him or her to the United States on the Immigrant Visa Application.
Are these 3 different issues? How do i correct each one?
Case Background:
1. My father(US Citizen) filed I-130 for my brother and his family (wife and 3 kids) currently residing in india.
2. My father's income is not enough to sponsor 4 people so I am submitting AOS as joint sponsor. Below is link to AOS's which were submitted to NVC. <<Sensitive information has been changed to fake info>>
I think where i screwed up was on my father's AOS, i didn't include wife and 3 kids. I am seeking help from someone that knows more about this.
Really do appreciate your time and assistance.
Thanks!

hi

as primary sponsor, your father must list everyone accompanying the beneficiary

in section 3, your father must list all the family members that are coming with your brother

and then send a copy of the i864 for each family member, since he pays for family group, but each member of the family needs an affidavit of support individually, that's why they are requesting a copy for each member

Thank you very much for quick reply. I got your point about my father having to list all family members on his i864.

Confused about your statement:

"and then send a copy of the i864 for each family member, since he pays for family group, but each member of the family needs an affidavit of support individually, that's why they are requesting a copy for each member"

Send a copy of exact same i864 for each family member? Do I need to change anything on it? How will NVC know which one is for whom?

Thank you Penguin_ie! Your reply is clear but i just want to ask again to make sure i don't screw up and cause any delay in case processing.

1. My father is submitting i-864 for my brother who is primary application so only one copy of i864 need to be submitted.

2. Since my father's income is not enough, i am submitting join sponsor i-864 for my sister-in-law and 3 kids.

So basically the copy request is for item #2 above correct?

again appreciate your help and thank you very much!
