K1 Visa Help ASAP: Request for more evidence

Hello everyone,

Today I checked the mail and I finally got my letter for request for more evidence and I need help understanding what exactly they want. Me and my fiance met each other on a blogging website called Tumblr.com back in 2011. To which we no longer have our accounts since we deleted them years ago.

Here is a little about my K1 journey:

Petitioner- M24 Godzilla1954 US-AZ (no prev. marriages or children)

Beneficiary- F24 Scotland UK (no prev. marriages or children)

Started (sent in paperwork)- Jan 19th 2016

Here is what the letter says:

"You stated that you met the beneficiary through tumblr.com. This website may be considered to be an International Marriage Broker as it is a business that charges fees for providing dating, matrimonial, matchmaking services, or social referrals between United States citizens and foreign nationals. Therefore, you are required submit a copy of the signed written consent form that the International Marriage Broker obtained from the beneficiary, "my fiance", authorizing the release of her personal contact information to you."

So tumblr isn't a dating site. I mean you can meet people on there but it's more of a blogging site if anything. So are they just asking for a simple:

I, godzilla's fiance give my authorization to godzilla to give all my personal contact information to you"

or something along those lines?

I'm super confused to what they want.

Thank you for your help!

Hi,

There are numerous posts on this forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/126-imbra-special-topics/

where people have received RFEs to prove that the sites they met their significant others on are not international marriage brokers.

I suggest you browse through the posts to see what other members have submitted to successfully satisfy USCIS
