Say goodbye to Ted Cruz, he's done like a dinner. This story is gaining traction and even though it was broken by the Enquirer, it appears to be true.

National Enquirer: Ted Cruz Has Had at Least 5 Extramarital Affairs

According to the new issue of the National Enquirer, Republican political operatives are investigating rumors that Texas senator Ted Cruz has had extramarital affairs with at least five different women.

Courting the evangelical vote, Cruz presents himself as a deeply Christian man—despite the fact that he does not properly tithe. “I will readily admit that I have not been as faithful in this aspect of my walk as I should have been,” he told the Christian Broadcasting Network earlier this year.

Now it seems there may be other aspects of his walk in which the senator has not been faithful. From the Enquirer:

The actual story—which is not online, but which Gawker has obtained a copy of—does not name any of the women with whom Cruz purportedly was involved. Descriptions are given for each, however, and at least one should sound very familiar to folks who have been following this election.

“Private detectives are digging into at least five affairs Ted Cruz supposedly had,” claimed a Washington insider.

“The leaked details are an attempt to destroy what’s left of his White House campaign!”

The ENQUIRER reports that Cruz’s claimed mistresses include a foxy political consultant and a high-placed D.C. attorney!

question - who cares? seriously. i think cruz is creepy just as much as the next fella but when is america going to cut all the puritan nonsense out of politics. can we focus on the issues? they're kind of more pressing than cruz's sex life. *shudder*

Who cares? Voting Republicans first and foremost, with Donald Trump coming in a close second. Republicans are "pure as the driven snow religious folk" in their own minds. They cannot allow an adulterer candidate to become President.

Apparently it is. They don't call him "Teflon Don" for nothing.

Trump has broken just about every rule there is in politics. He's dona and said things that would sink any other candidate, but somehow he keeps coming out of these mishaps even stronger.

Katrina Pierson: is the spokesperson for Donald Trump. Oh this is too delicious for words.

While everyone would love for this story to be true (hey I guess he must have a thing for tiny brunette fangirls), we have to consider that there are some really fuzzy details...

It could be a desperate and manufactured attempt by the Stop Trump PAC to create a fake scandal that they will say is a smear from Trump's camp due to the woman's connection. Or it could be from Trump himself.

It came out a day or two after Trump's threats regarding Cruz's wife, which were most likely related to her depression or suicidal thoughts related to a certain police report.

Amanda Carpenter has been tweeting Trump some implied details, which almost pretty much shows you where it's coming from.

Sarah Flores worked for Fiorina. One thing noted a few months ago is the large sum of money that Cruz pumped into her camp, while running his own.

But namely, I still have no idea how he has a wife and managed to procreate, let alone actively got five other women to sleep with him.

Nobody said that his kids had to be his by his dna...they could be sperm donors. The law says that if you're married, legally you're presumed the father. In most states legitimacy can trump (no pun intended) dna evidence. I have experienced this first hand. But it explains how Michael Jackson can claim that the kids were his. He was married to all but one of his children's mothers so legally he's the father and it's not challengable.
