i was checking online uscis status pretty often on our case

so on

-March 10th we were scheduled for interview (we started waiting for the notice), notice never came so we called uscis level 2 customer service 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO INTERVIEW to let them know that we still haven't received the notice .

this is when we found out they sent it to WEST VIRGINIA where my husband used to leave 1 year ago prior to our marriage. and we were scheduled to Pittsburgh PA office for interview although we live in Atlanta GA. Anyway i asked customer service for best option and he told us he will change the address over the phone and give us a reference number and after that we have to wait for a new notice from our local office for a new interview date. after 2 weeks we only received change of address letter that's it.

on March 22nd i check our status online and it says our 485 is denied wait for a notice with reason why !!!

at the same time our i130 case on march 22nd says reopened ! i never even knew it was closed !

i've called uscis NO HELP what so ever everytime they say something different and then we pay for the consequences, so i scheduled and info pass appointment for april 5th .

My main concern is that my husbands EAD expires on JULY 13th (which is also due date for our baby)

what would be the best option? reapply for 485? they may open the case but they will ask to file a motion which is about $380 and who knows if it'll be approved or not seems like robots working on these cases.

also is there a possibility where they may ask my husband to leave the USA once his EAD EXPIRE ???!!

I AM SO WORRIED PLEASE REPLY

Also im US citizen just in case...

There is no probability of sending your husband back even if he didnt renew the ead.Since you spoke to uscis customer service i believe they are going to reschedule another date for you.I have a friend who had a similar issue just like yours but they actually changed it but it took about a month and they had to reschedule another interview because of his current change of adress.dont reapply yet just give them 1 month to see if any changes come up
