Hey guys please help!!

I came with J1 visa and overstayed for 2 years got married with my boyfriend (dating for 2 year) We have been talking lawyer over months and we couldn't find answer what we looking for ? The thing is I'm overstay and need to get a no objection letter from my home country also i didnt fund us government and my home country my DS2019 says I'm not subject but my visa says I'm subject i find out why I'm subject is skill list hospitality.We find a lawyer but she is really don't know what is my visa and she applied advisor opinion but i know that I'm subject but she says just to make sure..Please help me guys now what to do if advisory opinion came like this I'm subject i have to apply no objection but if they deny because I'm overstay and also reasons for waive what should i say ?

is it reason for i can't get NO Objection because I overstay ?

I will be glad your answers guys thanks a lot..
