I read the requirements in CFO such as valid ID's. Others were asked to bring NBI too..

On the interview day, will the USEM give me back the PERSONAL copy of my NBI or will the get my entire NBI? If so, can i use the Personal copy during CFO?

For the CFO, here are the IDs i have with me: PRC ID, TIN, PASSPORT and other Nurse's Valid IDs. Should i still secure another NBI clearance or my IDs will suffice?

Thanks in advance!!

I believe CFO requires two picture IDs, the personal copy of the NBI has been used for that. (keep the personal copy of the NBI don't give it to the embassy)

Why not do the CFO before the interview? then just go back to get the sticker after your approved. I know it is possible if you are already married, is it not possible when you are planning to travel with a foreigner?, My wife did her class years ago when she changed her name in her passport, so the visa is not the only reason to do CFO

Correct CFO is required before changing the name on the passport IF married to a foreigner, and that certificate is good forever.

It is not a bad idea to complete CFO early to get the certificate and return later for the sticker as CFO has been very busy lately so getting a quick appointment date is more difficult.

I read the requirements in CFO such as valid ID's. Others were asked to bring NBI too..done my CFO last March 21, they only took one ID at the security guard area. I was reluctant to give my driver's license since I may need it somewhere else but NO IDs were asked after that. From Security area, proceed to 3F where you will fill-up forms and will be asked a few questions, photo will be taken for the GC Certificate. This is where they do one on one interview and seminar.

On the interview day, will the USEM give me back the PERSONAL copy of my NBI or will the get my entire NBI? US EMBASSY STEP 2, detach the top portion and keep the personal copy.

If so, can i use the Personal copy during CFO? - NO NEED

For the CFO, here are the IDs i have with me: PRC ID, TIN, PASSPORT and other Nurse's Valid IDs. Should i still secure another NBI clearance or my IDs will suffice? you can use PRC ID at the security area.

Thanks in advance!!

Thank you! That being said, i just had my interview today and the CO says I am approved!

But he only gave me a pamphlet re domestic violence in US- that's all. He didnt instruct me to go to a certain window re delivery infos nor gave me a slip of paper regarding delivery instructions of visa...is that normal?

Thank you!
