Me five months up on Saturday. But probably get the nebulous security processing. Otherwise if it wasn't readily approvable, would have received a RFE by now

Our 5 months will be finished on Tuesday. So let's wait and see.

UPDATE********

Ok so I called for an A1 service request today and the rep attempted to input the request but got a flash that Oct 16, 2015 was the current cases being processed and to call back mid April. That is very strange.

Well April is when it would be 6 months so that's when you can do a service request. Hopefully they will make a decision before you have to call them again.

That 6 months is for unlisted processing times. CSC current listed processing time is five months. Two reps verified that the case was outside the five months and were attempting to put in the service request. Either their software algorithm is broken or something is amiss

I was told the same thing. They said they were behind and that they were working on Oct.16th petitions. And that I should try contacting them again on April 18th.

Mines is also in California. I've been told to not worry, every case is different. I myself have been waiting over 230 days, almost 8 months.

That's outside the 5 month timeline. I would put in a case inquiry if I were you. Most people I know get approved anywhere between 30 to 60 days after they submit their petitions.
