Interview: Arrival Time at Embassy in Cuba?

Our interview in Havana is finally near! As is standard for K-1, our appointment is at 10:30am on a Friday.

For anyone who has gone through the process in Cuba:

What time do you recommend arriving at the meeting point (the park?) at the Embassy?

I know the embassy website says arrive an hour early but we don't want to miss our name being called, and everything runs on its own schedule there!
