Fiancee visiting soon, should she say she's visiting me?

My fiancee, and her parents will be visiting me and my family in the begging of April via their B2 visas. They are all traveling at the same time together, via same flight.

When it comes to telling border officer why they are entering USA, should my fiancee mention that she is visiting me (fiance) and that we are in process of getting her K-1 visa?

I was told that if she does say so, she should also mention that she is aware that we can't get married until she enters using K-1 visa.

We are still in early stages with I-129F (should be getitng NOA1 by 30 if not sooner) hence why I am uncertain if she should mention it.

Another caveat is that they visited last year and stayed in USA for almost full period they were allowed to stay in (couple days short), but they did not overstay allowed period by any means.

That is when we spent most of the time together, but they also got to visit all other relatives hence the reason for staying so long. This time, if she mentions she is visiting me, then maybe it will increase their chances of getting longer stay period.

Which is always nice because the distance is killing.

Received text message that USCIS received petition and they provided me with email. I sent papers on 03/17/2016 and it was delivered next day 03/18/2016. Is this considered NOA1?

If she is asked who she is visiting then she should tell them. Lying to immigration can have SERIOUS consequences.

Why would visiting you increase her allowed visiting time?

If she will be asked that question, they yes she will tell the truth. In case she isn't asked that, maybe she can bring up the fact that she is visiting her fiance.

If I were the officer then knowing that reason for visit it to see fiance(e) then I would be more inclined to allow entry with longer stay. Just my thoughts tho.

During her last visit she entered to visit relatives, but they ended up staying at our place half the stay.

This is what I was kinda asking for, but couldn't formulate the question. Eitherway, you kinda answered the question. She is not visiting me, she is visiting for tourism and sightseeing but staying with me.

You should always tell the truth. They've been doing their job for so long they can tell when you're not being honest with them. Don't try to make something up, they will notice.

You got the NOA-1. The petition will show up on their screen when they scan the visa/passport. If it's an multi entry B1/B2 they will most likely give her the full 6-months. She may want to bring some back-up evidence of ties at home, just in case.
