Hi everyone, I had a question,(usc filing for parent concurrently) do we need to send my fathers actual Russian vaccination records in with the medical exam stuff, or just the stuff the Dr. gives us after the medical exam?

Thanks

Harry

I only sent in a completed DS-3025 (a copy that is). No other piece of medical related paperwork.

The OP's father is filing, and not a spouse that entered on a K-1. The OP's father would not have a DS-3025 from a medical abroad, nor be allotted the medical exemptions for a K-1 adjuster.

OP> if your father has his vaccination records, then take those to the medical appointment for the civil surgeon to see. All he needs to include with the I-485 is the sealed I-693 the civil surgeon will provide.
