Is this OK to put on Address label?

I am preparing the address label for the package. Should I write on there:

"ATT: I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions" above the mailing address?

Is that necessary or no?

I believe it is a personal choice. For me, I did put on the envelope what in it on the address label. But, as the above poster stated the only petitions that should be going to that address would be ROC petitions.

If you look at the second bullet point in the link Pitaya posted, it specifically says to mark the form type, which in your case would be I-751. If you lack space, "ATT: I-751" should suffice.

Also, this I-751 will qualify as an "Original Submission," correct?
