Current RFE response timeline.

Hi!

I'm not inpatience or anything, just curious! I tried through google but a lot of answers from 2013/14/11/12 showed up but not 2015/2016. We got an additional RFE on March 14th, and our response got noticed the 18th of March. Since a lot of cases are going through CSC now, I can understand that they are having delays maybe or not as quick anymore as before. What are the current timelines for NOA2 approvals after your RFE response?

One to three weeks is what I guessed but not many people update their timeline so I can't check it good.

you are almost right , it is a month but i can't bet my money on that.

HI dear.. We sent our papers on January 21, got our NOA1 on February 9 and just received our NOA2 on March 21. Hope you get yours soon

It depends.

As stated, one month is usual but it really depends on how the individual adjucator handles RFEs.

Some may jump back onto that case once the RFE is received.

Some may wait until they process the case they are currently working on.

Some may wait until the end of the week....or end of the month.

Some may wait until the second Tuesday following a full moon.

I figured. You can never tell surely. Thought there might be some kind of timeline or idc, something haha. It said "We are picking up your case again" but I guess that's a standard response.
