Apply for US Citizen

Hi There,

I am a 10 years GC holder here in The US. I would like to apply a US citizen to petition my parents in the Philippines. I would like to ask for info? and requirements how to apply ? what are the requirments? how long are require to stay to apply for this US citizen? Also every summer i visit the Philippines . Total lenght i stay in the US is 3 years excluding my visit to the Philippines. Can i avail to apply for Citizen?

If you are still married to the USC whom you got your green card through you can apply through the 3 year rule otherwise it is the 5 year rule ( assuming you have met the physical presence requirements)

There are rules about extended times out of the US and one about living in the district you are filing from immediately before applying. You seem to be fine on both ( you haven't been out of the US for more than a year or even 6 months at one time ? )
