Which book you reading? The OT still reads like that, and many people still hold that to be true here. Funny how folks want to kill gay people citing the bible as precedent, but let's not look at it that way.

The ONLY difference between Islam and Christianity is the separation of church and state we have here currently. If the WBC or some of these fanatical right wing preachers were in charge, you'd have the exact same thing.

A large number of muslims still live like barbarians from the middle ages, hence the slaughter, the bombs (not surprisingly, many are so uneducated they can't even build these properly quite often), the beheadings, the rapes, the slavery, the general celebration of blood and savagery. 25 million people in nigeria alone hold a favorable view of isis according to pew research. That's just one country. 7% of american muslims say killing in the name of islam is sometimes justified. And that's in the US. These views are far more common in other parts of the world.

Everyone knows this of course. It's easy to pretend it isn't so when nothing bad is happening, but when some of them start actually murdering people, bombing here, shooting there, idle talk of "we must come to together" reeks of ineptness.

The Book is called the Bible. It's most commonly in the news being thumped by politicians, but used on occasion for killing abortionists, justifying racism, and beating up or attacking Muslims, drinking large quantities of poison Kool-aid, snake handling, you name it. Perhaps try Google for stories including Christians, the Bible etc?

You find any recent news stories? 6 countries hit this week alone, since they're the same book and absent that whole church and state thing how come the followers of one book are systematically eliminating followers of the other and not the other way around?

Well considering you live in a Muslim country and you're still walking upright, maybe it's not as bad as you make it out to be. Wait, are you a Muslim? Do you deny your faith here so as to not be on the "losing" side? Barbaric behavior right? Do they do beheading at your job on the lunch break? How about caning for dollars on the TV?
