I'm willing to do whatever it takes, honestly.

I think I have substantial evidence already to prove that I did not intend on marrying my spouse initially upon arrival into the states.

1. We arrived back into the USA On March 20th/2016.

2. My mother emailed me the following morning March 21st/2016, stating that my bags would be in my car and that I am kicked out.

3. I have correspondence from many apartments and me asking about rent after that email had occurred.

My Fiance's mom is willing to pay for an immigration attorney, thankfully.

You don't need an attorney save the money for your new life.

Just remember you can't go back and get your car and stuff for a while.

Would I technically have to import my vehicle if I'm still on my visitor's?

Couldn't my friend just bring the vehicle over? I'm assuming I'd have to pay duties on it.

Look up importing your vehicle on the forum. Decide if it's worth it first.

Just remember if you marry now, you cannot return to Canada to get your belongings until after you get advance parole which will take a few months after you have filed for AOS. Good luck.

The OP didn't have intent so it's a non-issue. But for others out there who read this and are thinking about coming here to marry and adjust with a visitor visa or with the VWP, it wouldn't be a chance I would be willing to take, especially now with talk politically of putting a hold on the VWP and closing the loophole of AOS without a proper visa to do so. People need to remember that if they intend to come here and do AOS on VWP or a b2, IF they are denied they get a lifetime ban with no chance of appeal. If I loved someone enough to marry them I wouldn't put my immigration at stake. I understand that intent isn't enough to deny, but if they start tightening the reigns you never know. I am sure people do get denied, they just don't post it here. In my opinion the loophole should be closed totally. The thought of people coming here and skipping over much needed security checks scares me with what is going on in the world.

Good luck OP, and I am sorry to hear of the situation at home.

OP, are you ready to get married yet? Marriage is a lifelong commitment and it sounds like you are in a bit of a mess right now but are you ready to take such a huge step to resolve this?

I meant to add - obviously you're thinking seriously about marriage because you've started the K-1 process but I'm concerned that you want to speed it up because of your living situation. Don't marry before you're ready. Been there, done that, got the divorce papers.
