Your fiancé can pull it. Make an infopass appointment. Or just leave it and it'll effectively be cancelled with your aos. Just know you won't get any fees back.

Okay, because I'm pretty much have been on 5 hours of sleep in the past 4 days or so.

I really want to ensure that I'm not doing anything potentially illegal.

I'm in the United States right now, I get married.

I can STAY in the United States until I adjust my status, I just can't go back to Canada until my Status is adjusted.

What process do I begin?

What about the Spousal petition that everybody goes through?

I'm 22 and I feel way out of my depth in this.

Since you are already here, I would do the AOS route. You weren't planning on coming here to get marriage and stay, so it wouldn't be fraud.

I'm agreeing with the posters stating you did not intent therefore you will not commit fraud. Having said that I would suggest strongly to do some more research before going this route. With the remarks at the border and the pending I-129F it is a tight line. But according to the letter of the law it sounds to me like a legal option.

Intent to enter and adjust isn't enough to deny an aos of a spouse if a USC.

If I understand correctly, they don't need to prove to initial deny, but do need to prove intent of fraud if and when it goes in front of a judge during the removal procedures. OP may or may not want to take that route ( I love a good legal battle but not everyone does). Therefore I suggested reading up on the info before going that route.

I'm willing to do whatever it takes, honestly.

I think I have substantial evidence already to prove that I did not intend on marrying my spouse initially upon arrival into the states.

1. We arrived back into the USA On March 20th/2016.
2. My mother emailed me the following morning March 21st/2016, stating that my bags would be in my car and that I am kicked out.
3. I have correspondence from many apartments and me asking about rent after that email had occurred.

My Fiance's mom is willing to pay for an immigration attorney, thankfully.
