Can we expedite the K1 Visa process?

I'm the Canadian petitioner.
My fiance is the beneficiary. (American.)

Due to certain events I am currently unemployed and will be homeless by this Friday.

Is it possible that I can expedite the K1 visa process?

Or should I just leave it and wait?

But you could go over and wait with you fiancé for the NOA2 you'll just have to return for the medical and interview. (and not overstay anything)

Maybe you can have your address/move in with your parents or a friend these few months?...

I've asked many friends, no can do.

As my living situation has worsened, I have stayed with my fiance for extended periods of time in the past 2 months.

Last Sunday evening, when we were on our way back to the US border to get away from the negative living conditions, we were pulled in.

I was provided with a form that states, the next time I leave the US and come back I will need to provide legitimate ties to Canada.

We also informed them that I would be staying a week in the USA and I don't want to overstay the time I provided to them to ruin my chances of the VISA application.

(Please note that I have not been in the States past 6 months.)

On the other hand, now that these events have happened, I don't really have any ties to Canada besides my vehicle and my phone.

My job is gone and I do not have a place to live.

So I honestly do not know what to do at this point.

Not when your already there...

No. Since your already in the USA it is indeed a legal path. Intent or presumed intent alone is not enough to deny an aos. In your situation it may be the best possible thing. Just be aware that it'll be a while before you can leave the country.
