RFE for proof that website met on is not IMB

My fiance's mom told us our RFE arrived a few days ago. It seems that they want further info on how we met online and proof that it wasn't an International Marriage Broker. The website we met on has limited Terms and Conditions so I assume I should print those along with any info about the website? I did email the website owner but he said he believes that the terms and conditions for the website should be adequate. I was intending on printing this email alongside the info/ Terms and conditions of the website. Will this be sufficient to fulfill what they would need for our RFE? Thanks.

Which website was it? One of the more well known ones? Or a more obscure they may not have heard of?

We used Eharmony, and we sent in the terms and conditions, transcripts of the conversations, copies of the profiles, and a paragraph or two explaining the role the site played in our meeting and that it didn't fall under the IMBRA criteria as it's a paid service that charges both parties equally, regardless of sex, location, etc.

And that did the trick.

So I assume terms and conditions would be sufficient, I think as long as they stipulate that they are only providing the facilities, they are not actively involved in the process?

No it's not a well known site, it's a dating site of sorts, but not an IMB. There is an option to pay a fee for premium services but neither of us ever did. We initially met there as friends and became something more later as we talked a lot on skype.

His trip is going great thanks, we are enjoying the time together.

I've seen others also include a covering letter explaining the circumstance, and a paragraph saying how the website is not an IMBRA by definition, with both of you stating that it is not an IMBRA.

They also have a page at the front saying it is 100% free so I will include that with it too. I understand a marriage broker is someone you pay to find someone to marry. It is a social networking and dating site for people with the same interests. So I will print off the 3 images of the site I got for him at college tomorrow, I'm just trying to look for a cover letter template.
