My Uncle filed F4 petition in may 2004 for my dad.

Right now situation is I am studying in Uk, and I will be back to my home afer finishing my 2nd year in 1 month. I am planning to take withdrwal from my studies because university has denided to give me any kind of paper or marksheet/tranacript which proves that I was studying here for 2 year. Do you guys think that this can be an issue for me while submitting documents to NVC. I already got 3 year UK student visa stamp on my passport. what can be the solution for this matter as univerisity had denined this matter.
