I gambled and bought her departure plane ticket for April 10, 2016, how long will it be now before she has Visa in hand, we requested it be delivered to 2GO Mall of Asia Branch ???

Yes, she already completed CFO seminar before interview, just need to bring her CFO Certificate, Passport, and Visa back to CFO to get sticker.
