hello everyone,please do my petitioner need to send our pictures of wedding and marriage certificate together with the I-130/G325A forms at first submission of our petition?

Yes you will need to provide pictures.

We had a civil wedding so not much to it so we also included other pics of us together at different times and places also with my spouses family.

Yes you will have to provide marriage certificate. We carried the original and passed a copy.

You also need passport photos and other things to submit your I-130.

I believe there is a thread "I-130 checklist" that may help you.

thanks 7ken,but what i want to know is that do we need to send those documents right away to the uscis with our petition or after the approval of the petition?i mean if only the application is what we need to send first without any documents.

Well they are not going to approve or even look at the petition without any documents. I would include them. I am a little confused though, if you are direct filing it means you are going right to the embassy. You just bring everything with you? I have not read the entire thread though so please pardon me if you are past this point already.

If you're doing DCF you need to have all the documents with you to prove the legitimacy of your relationship with the beneficiary and if you are qualified to do DCF.

No if you're going to send it to a lockbox I suggest that you start a new thread about your concern/questions.

No i am not going to filing in person,i am sending it through post.so do i still need to send all the mentioned documents or just the application forms first only?
