My fiance and I are talking about where is the good place to get married...i wanted to have a simple ceremony in the US and a big wedding in my home country next year...he talked about Elvies chapel in Vegas, at first i thought he was just kidding me and then he sent me the link and its true...is there anybody here had wedding ceremony in this chapel?

Dec.2004 -first hello

Feb.2005-Taiwan chinese new year first meeting

June.2005-Boracay Philippines

Jan.2006-Taiwan celebrating his birthday with me

July.2006-Thailand (Bangkok)& Philippines

Sept.26,2007- EAD Card production ordered

Oct. 01,2007-EAD Approval Notice Sent(Recieved in the mailed Oct.04)

Oct. 03,2007-Passed the Driver Test Iam a license driver now yey-AOS Transferred to CSC

Yeah sounds weird to me too...but since we don't have much time to work on the wedding details we only have one month then he needs to go back to iraq again sigh...after reading some of testemonial in their site seems they have good package offer...so i just wanted to know if anybody here?thanks.

We were married in Vegas and Elvis was an option at the chapel. We had a regular wedding though. No Elvis. It's just a priest dressed as Elvis anyways.

hey thanks for the reply...i rather have a regular wedding,but i guess my fiance is a die hard fan of elvies LOL! so i will let Elvies the inpersanator to sing for him, a wedding gift for him :whistle:

Of course. That sounds cool. I think you can get married anywhere in Vegas and have Elvis there :)

We know someone (from UK) that just got married at the Elvis Chapel in Vegas (Feb '07) sounded like a hoot!

It's easy and cheesy - but what can you say...something for everyone in Vegas.. could get hitched at the Drive Through Chapel there too...would you like fries with that?.. :jest:
