The CEAC tracker (which I've only been checking about 7 times a day) now says: READY Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment.

We did not already schedule an interview appointment because I didn't realize we could have. My fiance has not been contacted yet with any instructions. Do we just wait until he receives an email? Will the consulate schedule the interview for him? Or do we go ahead and fill out the DS-160, pay the fees, schedule the interview, etc? I suppose this part of the process tends to be country specific, but I feel like there should be a guide just for this part!

I'm so excited but nervous too. I don't want to do anything out of order. Any help is appreciated!
