Sending I-129f?

Hello there! I'am starting my I-129f petition. The only one I'am not quite sure of is the address for the fiance letter of intent & where I would be filing. Some examples I saw have the Lewsville,TX address...Is that where I had to send it then? If I put that address on my letter then I have to mail it there? What about the lockbox facility? Do I send it to Lewsville,Tx and then they send it to the lockbox facility? How much longer does it take if I just send it directly to the Lockbox facility? And if I do then does the mailing address on both the letter of intent to marry & mailing address have to be the lockbox? I'am confused on where I need to send it! I don't know if my location matters but I live in Oregon

And if I decide to send it to Lewsville,Tx then I would put the Lewsville,Tx address on both letter & mailing address right? Do you know how much longer it will take to receive it if I send it through the Lewsville or Dallas?

It'll end up the same place I don't see what you are concerned about. It just depends on how you are sending it. They will forward it to california service center.

No address needed on the letter of intent. Date the letter and use "to whom it may concern". Simple

I know that it ends up at the same place, Thanks. My question was what address I was supposed to put on my fiance letter of intent/mailing address but I got that part already. My next question was what is the time difference for them to recieve it if I were to send it to Dallas or Lewsville.

We sent it to Lewisville and it was there the next day. But look at the February and March filers you will see that it's all from 1 day and up to 14 days...
