How much info to include from CR1 packet and other questions

1. I have a lease from our Costa Rican apartment (starting in 2011 and going through 1.5 years of marriage) and a lease from when we first moved to the USA and stayed with my mom. Both of these were included in our CR1 packet, should I also send them in the ROC packet?

2. Regarding taxes- I have submitted our taxes to our accountant and I'm sure he will have them done in the next week or so. But it won't be enough time to get a transcript requested and mailed. Should I send in the full tax form or mention in the letter than I can't get the tax transcripts yet?

3. For bank and CC statements, do I need to include every page of the statement or just the first page with our names/address on it? Each month is about 8 pages long.

4. Finally, I have asked a lawyer friend to write us a healthcare power of attorney and wills, but I haven't heard back. If I don't get those things should I be good with rest of evidences?

-joint credit card statements (every month)

-joint bank statements (every month)

-current lease (plus two other leases mentioned above?)

-plane tickets

-utility bills in both names

-renter's insurance in both names

-car insurance in both names

-AAA membership in both names

-same address on license

-listed as beneficiaries to each other's accounts, Roths, etc.

-he lists me under HSA account

-he lists me under dental insurance

-explanation why we don't have health insurance together (both provided separately by employers) and no joint phone bill (his phone provided by his employer)

-two years of joint tax returns (plus this year?)

You have a pretty solid list of evidence there. Send proof that you filed for 2015 with your package.
