Hi Guys,

Hows every one doing? I have a question related to my wife citizenship. I Become us citizen couple of months back in early 2016. My wife is still having green card which she got through me in May 2014. We have a daughter who is 7 month old. So my wife is almost 2 years with her GC. We are thinking of moving back 2 India some time by the end of 2016. So, if she stays less then 180 days in India and come back here before the end of her 6 months. Can she apply for her citizenship when she completes her 5 years in May 2019. What are the options for her to keep medical insurance since she will be coming back after 6 moths for next 2-3 years. She is currently enrolled in Obama Care. Does leaving my job will effect her citizenship??? Thanks In advance. God Bless u all

She has to be residing in the US to keep her LPR status. Moving to another country , especially if you have a job there will affect her ability to get USC. You will at least have to file taxes on your income there

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
