My wife was denied at Accra Ghana in Oct 28th 2015. Up to now, we have not hear anything from USCIS. I check the case status. Its still in AP, however, there has bee some updates made on the case. There was an update on February 5th, February 9th, March 21st and also March 22nd. Can someone tell me what these updates are about? The case is still at Accra and it has not been sent back to the USCIS yet. Is there anything I can do to have this case sent back to the USCIS please I need advice. Any help will be appreciate.

Why the heck would you want you petition refused and sent back that makes no sense. You are in AP. It takes as long as it takes no one can tell you how long. Only you and your wife know why and the situation.

The updates are exactly that someone updating your case Whether its a call, information found, investigation or someone reading your notes. It's an update.

You can always get your congressman on it and they can inquire. But they probably will be told what you have been told, you are in AP.

And no there's noting you can do to get it sent back. At its pretty futile to refile another I-130 and start again you will have the same issues. AP takes patience sorry..

I never said my fiancé was denied. Correction. I said my wife was demined. This is not a K1 petition.

Where did you read I said you were denied? I had mentioned why would you want your petition refused. You asked how can you get them to send your petition back to USCIS. If sent back that's a refused/denies petition.

Sorry I meat wife. not Fiancee'
