Rfe I-485 service record name and 1-485 name different. K1 visa..

I received rfe on Friday saying.."There is a discrepancy between Service Records and the application as to your last name. Service Records indicates your last name as MAIDEN NAME. Your I-485, I-131 and I-765 has your last name as HUSBAND'S SURNAME. Please explain and provide supporting documentation". I sent in birth cert, passport, marriage certificate, vaccination, everything requested. I don't know what more to send.

Am here on a K1 visa so they knew I had to marry....

I have already been for my biometrics and also supplied all name change evidence there as well.

they might have lost your marriage certificate, or maybe it's not the right one

Thats what we thought maybe they lost it. In letter, It says to supply all the certificates that we already have and if recently married supply marriage certificate with married name we called court and they said no marriage certificate states my married name. So today I went and got a wyoming drivers license so it to shows my married name and photo id. We had sent a certified copy.

Also had biometrics appointment in February and they told me I should receive my work authority in a month or 2, but this rfe losts it as well??
