As this process moves forward i just received three I-797c forms in the mail.

For my I-485, I-131, and I-765.

The form for the I-485 makes not that the USCIS will schedule a Biometrics appointment to capture biometrics electronically and this appointment notice will come in the mail with a specific date, time and location for fingerprints and/or photographs.

Received Dates on all I-797c are March 09, 2016 and the Notice Dates are all March 17, 2016.

This is all part of my K1 application.

Is there anything I need to do or can do in order to make sure this process is as fast as possible?

Here are a few potential ways of having things move faster. Don't know if they work but this is from readings on the website.

1) Try to do a walk-in Biometrics after you get your appointment letter. Sometimes people are allowed to do it days if not a week or so before the scheduled time.

2) After 75 days submit a case inquiry for the I-765.

3) Get a firm job offer in your hand and ask for an expedite of the I-765. I believe they do this in certain circumstances.

*Note: I have done 2 of these but I'm still waiting for my EAD/AP putting me over the 90 day mark. Everyone thinks they're special in this process but you never know how long it will take. Remain vigilant and buy some good books.

Thanks for the reply.

on your #3 option is there extra cost in regards to this? because I may actually have a job offer in the coming weeks based on how things are going.

How long after getting these I-797c forms does the Biometric Appointment paperwork show up?

And I guess the other question is at what point do I get notice that everything was ok with the forms I mailed in and they don't require further info?

How long after getting these I-797c forms does the Biometric Appointment paperwork show up? All depends on the workload of the local ASC office and the USCIS appointment minions.

And I guess the other question is at what point do I get notice that everything was ok with the forms I mailed in and they don't require further info? When you get your AOS approval, whether after appointment, or appointment waiver. Check out the Fam-based AOS Progress Forum for current examples.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
