I have my interview Wednesday in Montreal and I want to make sure I have everything that I need. Can someone tell me what I need to take to show evidence of petitioner's domicile in the US? I have copies of his taxes, W-2, passport, drivers licnese, health insurance bill, vehicle registration and phone bill.

This is for a K1 visa and my fiancé lives in the US - so I am also not even sure if this applies to us.

Thank you in advance

Amy

Domicile issues are usually for spousal visas when the USC is not living in the US. Then Montreal can get very picky with what they want.

I just cut mine to 2" x 2" hope they accept them! My 129 f was American sized as we did them together at Walgreen. I didn't even think that the size could be different for the two countries.

Fingers crossed it all goes well in the morning!
