Hi there, I have just important concern... my husband got fired at his work today. We have an upcoming interview this April what should we do? Should we reschedule the upcoming interview? What if he cannot find work before our interview? Should I find someone now who will sign the financial support??? What form do I need if that the case?? Where to send it or shall I bring that to my interview? Need help thanks

I would find a co sponsor to fill out the affidavit of support form just incase he doesn't find work before your interview. Some people might advise not to say anything about it until questioned but I would go prepared if that is the case.

Sorry I can't be of more help

Thanks Jack. i will definitely find one I still have time. I just hope my husband can find work before the interview. That would help too.. What form does the co sponsor need to sign the I864 orI864A? Thanks so much...

do I need tax transcript or 1040 from my co sponsor? Or pay slip and employment letter will do? Bcoz for sure, they do not want me give me their tax transcript or 1040 since its a very sensitive paper... But is pay slip and employment letter will do? Thanks.
