Is this enough for our ROC package? [split topic]

Hello,

I am researching and preparing a ROC package and found this thread. Hope this is not rude to ask my question on here. We are planning to file it by early April 2016. (My GC will expire on 07/08/16)

We are trying to gather as much evidences as possible but after seeing this thread, we feel that we don't have enough and please give us some comments or advices!

-We have (plan) so far..

1) Tax return from 2013/2014/ 2015(if it comes back on time)

2) A screen shot of Covered California personal date summary showing his name and my name and indication of jointly submitted tax. (We aren't covered under the same policy because his insurance policy from his work is way more expensive to join so we decided to get separate Covered California plan for me. But my husband is paying for it.)

3) Lots of pictures together

4) Couple affidavits from family and friends.

5) We will create living wills for both of us.

6) Hiking permits under the same home address and the same starting dates. (Don't travel by an airplane but we camp and hike together.)

-We don't have..

1) Joint bank account or credit card.

2) joint car insurance nor car ownership. ( I don't drive or have a drivers license )

3) He has been owning his house for a while and thought it would be too much work to put my name under it, so we don't have joint mortgage.

4) We don't own pets or have children.

5) Don't have bills or membership cards with both names on.
