I got my biometrics letter on Friday which made me super happy <3

But my concern is they put it on March 28th which is on Easter Monday so I am worried they will be closed that day, I wish I could go sometime before Friday but it's a 3 HR drive and my husband is the only one that has a car and won't have anymore vacation days till Monday which is on the 28th and his job won't let him put it for this week (they stink!)

I'm curious did anyone ever go to there biometrics on a holiday or went on Easter Monday last year ?

I tried calling USCIS but they were no help at all and the site of the biometrics building was no help either it just says open mon-fri 8-4 but it doesn't say open or closed on holidays

Can anyone help me knowing if there open on holidays or not ?

Easter Monday is not a holiday in the U.S., so you won't have a problem. :)

I know how you feel, my first Easter here I didn't understand that I had school and everything was open on Easter Monday.

My husband had no idea what I was talking about when I couldn't believe that everything was open on Easter Monday.

Try watching kids go to school on Good Friday!!! I was like uh... what? My husband gets ALL the holidays because he's federal government but I always have to ask if it's a holiday at work or not because the only day we're closed is xmas!

Our children are off of school Good Friday. After having Spring Break last week. Yes, we have Easter Sunday. It's interesting trying to figure out what holidays are celebrated the same as in the US. So glad that you are moving along in your process, since you had such an awful start.

Thank you :)

Seriously though sometimes I think USCIS doesn't like me cause they RFE me for the dumbest things like for my k1 they RFE me for not putting N/A when the page specifically says if it does not pertain to u is to leave it blank which stalled our approval for 2 months and now the AOS they said I gave the wrong cheque amount which is not true o gave them $1070 LIKE MY GOD , so I just send them a new cheque one for $985 and one for $85 and that sure seemed to work , I'm just hoping it will be smooth sailing from here
