Affidavits: electronic signatures acceptable?

Just a quick one so I know if I need the UK people writing us affidavits to post a copy with a real signature. Thanks in advance!

Affidavits are secondary piece of evidence and in my opinion do not carry any weight.

If you were to provide them, I suggest originals (I would include the stamped envelop as well to evidence that someone did actually mail them from UK) . Else you can have them scanned to you and print coloured copied.

If you want to go tech - you can have them sign a PDF file (it shows the time-stamp of electronic signature).

I third the above recommendation. You'll want to overwhelm them with primary evidence, don't focus just on affidavits.
