When to schedule for the Interview ?

Call your US consulate and ask for the interview date daily. On out case, we never received the letter. You don't schedule for the interview date, they do. Again back to our case, we got the letter after my wife is already in the states so call them and ask all your questions since everyones case is different. Keep calling for all your concerns will br your best route. Keep us updated.

May 7, 2014 - I-130 sent to Chicago, IL Lockbox

May 12, 2014 - Case recieved at Chicago, IL.

May 13, 2014 - Case accepted. Received LIN#. Case forwarded to USCIS, Nebraska. i-797 hard copy received shortly after.

His is a K1. K1 Visa applicants pay and schedule their own appointment.
