Wrong. When you are trying to willfully into a country Illegally then yes they are invaders. They are invaders because they come into a country illegally and try to change the socio-economic landscape of the entire country. Just look at Europe for example: They had to tone down the whole Oktoberfest and Christmas celebrations due to it "offending the Muslim migrants".

You are talking about something completely different. The migrants that come here to do that are usually here on a H2A visa that pertains to farm workers. There are Americans that will take that job from because I have done it when I was a teenager myself to earn money picking tobacco. The problem is that the majority of Farm owners do not want to pay American wages at all, and would much rather pay the migrants.

Most Undocumented come here to work and eat. They are too busy to survive to worry about taking over any socio economic landscape.

The US invades countries it has no business to invade. Point a finger and 4 point back at you.

To invade (in regards to Mexicans for example) sounds much more dramatic though to drum up the cowboys with their guns to make Merikkka great

I came here back around the same time as you did. But I had already done all of the legwork before I asked any questions. I was lucky enough that my case didn't have any of the major hangups so after everything was completed, I just ended up here by accident.

If you want to look at patterns, go to my reputation page and go all the way back. Janelle didn't even start to plus one my comments until about 2 years AFTER I'd already been here. Most of my likes come from like minded individuals such as Val, Jacques, Teddy, Penny, MBD, Spooky,(RIP for the last 3) and so on. It's what people do when they agree with what you're saying. You said it's pertinent. I don't see how as it doesn't amount to anything. Unless there's a TOS violation for someone to keep liking what I said, then it's a moot point.

If us liking what we are typing here says insecurity, I'd say you need to get out more. We have very similar interests and it's why we compliment each other. It's what people do in healthy relationships. Since we both met here, there's no reason for us NOT to do it.

You should do what Janelle said and bring your wife here. She could do the same for you and things would be super! I understand it is what you do when you agree with someone or like what they had to say. I have liked a very few of your posts before so I get the whole jist of it, it just increases someones reputation on here if they have alot of likes so that why I said that.

My wife knows my feelings on everything because we hold nothing back between one another and it has worked with us. She is conservative on some aspects as well, but liberal on others. What I get a kick out of how she thinks about Illegal Immigration and Anchor babies. She firmly believes that if you live here in the USA, you should have a working knowledge of English at the very least. She hates it when she goes some place and they can't speak English because usually the other person can't speak Cebuano or the 3 other languages she knows, so it vexes her.

If you have a healthy relationship with your wife and can compliment each other then seriously big ups to you and I am being serious.

I didn't even know this place existed until I did a google search for visa questions. When I came here, my application was already at NVC and going to the embassy. I asked a few questions and that was that. I didn't even go into this part until about a year later out of curiosity. I honestly don't pay attention to the like system since it really doesn't do anything for me.

We're here together because this is where we met. No point for us to back away when she's been a member for almost as long as I've been here. It's like they've forgotten she came in here by herself while she was waiting for her spouse to come over here. Other countries put English as a second language. I've been places where it was mandatory that you spoke English and your native tongue. Blame the education system on why that is.
