You can't take one product and extrapolate it to judge an entire trade pact or the effect of that trade pact.

NAFTA has winners and losers and that's how it is supposed to be. The "losers" need to adjust and find other way to compete which is where it becomes a win-win.

I'm not judging NAFTA per se. It has been good for me personally and not so good for others. I thought this article pointed out an interesting trade off. Selling corn to Mexico at a price point where it doesn't make sense for Mexican farmers to grow it has caused a benefit to the US economy, and at the same time has had to absorb huge numbers of economic migrant's.

Mexico sold the idea of NAFTA on increasing jobs. In a way they were right. Just not the way they expected.

Here's a hint, most of the time it's wealthy people who hire them more than anything. Your candidate has hired more than a few, and even has gone on record to say he wasn't sure his workers are here legally. But if he wanted to hire black people, being Trump he could, but since he did have a discrimination suit against him(you know, not wanting black people to live in his building) that's going to be tricky.
