Question about passport

My fiance has been in admin processing since November. We want to see each other since this time is so stressful and we are going crazy checking ceac.He lives in Pakistan and is worried about me traveling there. Is it bad to ask for his passport back? Will it slow down our process more? We usually travel to Dubai and im not even sure if Pakistan will give me a visit visa at the same time we dont want to slow this process down either. Thanks for any advice

You can request it back and they will ask for it when they need it. Expect ap to be awhile so it may be a good idea to grab it back.

I also want to request for mine because i wanna travel in April. although just submitted my passport on their request last week only. Wondering the same as u whether it will slow down or cause any negative effect.

You can request it back and they will ask for it when they need it. Expect ap to be awhile so it may be a good idea to grab it back.

Did u request it back? how long does it take? and will it slow down anything
