I just received the NOA1, and I'm really excited! I starting filling out the I-134, and in the instructions, it only specifically mentions proof for income and bank accounts. But on the form, you can also add value of property and life insurance. Do I need to provide proof of these?

You do not need to list assets if your income meets the requirement. You can leave that whole section blank. Also, what the I-134 form instructions ask for may not be what your consulate requires. Always follow the instructions from the consulate for what is required at the interview. Typically you need most recent taxes and proof of current income(letter from employer and/or pay stubs).
