Thanks to all.. :)

This has been one hell of an experience but proves that we can do it on our own w/o paying someone else..

"with a little help from our friends"..

The process itself is not hat hard but knowing how to stay on the right track seems to be the trick.

We had lots of papers the woman did not keep today but she did look at them all and then chose what to keep.

I'm a little discouraged she took most all of my wife's original docs.

I guess we'll need to replace them before we catch a flight.

Again thanks to all who have helped us on this journey..

A better question would be what didn't she take? haha

What they kept was the 2 I-864's a couple pages from the 1040 tax return, SS benefits page, affidavit from my joint sponsor saying that was my address in the US and welcoming my wife, and her medical.

I do believe they looked at most all 60+ pages as supporting docs for the docs they kept sooo that maybe a little more complicated?

The kept her passport and some Original docs, NBI, NSO birth certificate, NSO marriage certificate, NSO cenomar. I thought they only wanted copies. :ranting:

1st window, finger print, 2nd submit docs, 3rd, Oath, 4th, interview that lasted a couple minutes, 4 questions. :)

She got there at 6:30, her apt was at 8:15 and she was out by 9..
