I'll be honest with you I am desperate to be with my fiance, and sign the divorce papers from my previous marriage but still has not left the sentence. I feel hands tied because I want to begin the process of k1 visa.

My question is: I can go without introducing I129f the divorce decree in my hands? I can do to go ahead to avoid wasting time and my k1 visa can be approved as soon as possible? I'm from Venezuela and here the situation is very critical, what worries me most is the insecurity we are living. Every day thousands of people die here and that scares me a lot, I love very much my fiance and what I want most is to be with, right now just go to work because I do not want to go outside to expose my life, it is very insecure here and I do not want any misfortune prevents me from being with the love of my life.

I hope you can help me !!! :goofy:

You need ALL final divorce decrees before sending the I-129F. One of the conditions is that you must be free to marry.

Sending the I-129F without a divorce decree can cause it to be denied. Or worse, denied at interview and you'd have to start all over again.

hi

how many times have you met in person? at least once in the last 2 years for you to file

so if after you have your divorce decree, you haven't seen each other in 2 years, your fiancé would have to visit you

you can visit in a third country if you don't want her or him to go to Venezuela

Ok then play wait a little more, some tips of things that can go ahead?

No, you cannot move forward with a I-129F application until the divorce is granted and you have all the final papers in your hand.

If we have seen in the last two years
We have always found in a third country because unfortunately Venezuela is a very dangerous country and never wanted to put his life in danger.
We have traveled to Cancun, Bogota, Aruba and Curacao.
Thanks for answering!!!

Do not begin the process unless you are 100% sure you have your final divorce decree. Any false information in your I-129f will definitely be a ground to deny you approval. You must have the accurate dates and final decree, its the law in the USA.

You cannot begin the process until you have a CERTIFIED divorce decree

Its a process & rules have to be followed, you start the process without a

proper divorce you will have messed things up for the future....Why the hurry

you did live there B4 you met him, and every country have their share of crime,

take time, go slow, keep the proofs that you met in all those places , it will

work out
