It was a real lapse on his part to trumple the wrong cookies

If I knew what that meant I would agree with you.

I thought that babies made no difference

I don't pretend to know the full law on this. I currently have living with me (or I should say, my wife brought home and informed me the we were having guests) a woman and her 8 year old daughter. She has been living in the US 14 years and her husband - after beating her up - went back to Mexico. Her daughter was born here so is a citizen. My wife went with her to see a lawyer and was told that there was nothing that could be done. After he found out the husband had beat her up before abandoning them and running to Mexico he said that changed everything. They have since gone on the shopping tour looking for clothes, getting her hair done, etc, etc to get ready for job interviews so whatever is happening is happening pretty quickly since she is expecting to be able to get a job...

So.. one case where there is an anchor baby.

I don't believe it.. Prove it to me and I still won't believe it. -Ford Prefect

Yes.. She has been here illegally for 14 years. I assume the husband was as well but I don't know for sure.

How would she be getting a job here? She qualifies for DACA?

DAPA is still pending with Supreme Court.

I hope you are not keeping them long in your house.

I don't know, I was surprised when she told me. I'll ask for some additional information.
