I'm bringing mine in person in July. :P

On a side note I just sent a package via us mail express and it cost a little over $50. It was about 5 pounds and contained 6 shirts and a fashion magazine. Seems like yours should have cost less though I'm not sure how much yours weighed. I'm hoping mine will actually get to him. I'm 1 for 1 so far.

I sent my SO an album of our honeymoon photos via Global Express Mail from the post office on Monday. I figured he could use it as part of proof for evidence of relationship at his interview. It weighed a little more than 2 pounds and cost $43.00 and I was told he should get it by Saturday. So far I've had good luck with Global Express Mail....it costs less than FedEx and you can track it and when my SO signs for the package you can sign up online to receive an email saying the package was delivered.

That's how I sent our album and the shirts that I just sent. So far so good but I'm holding my breath until he gets this recent package that I sent.

We used both FedEx and Global Express and thankfully never had one spot of trouble. FedEx came in handy for Moh to send something back to me in a hurry. I could prepay and they would pick up the package from him at his flat. We had a few things we had to move quickly and it went flawlessly. Now Moh insists on FedEx for EVERYTHING. Ha ha.

I sent three packages of documents: two via UPS Global Priority ($25 and $32 – took 8-9 days to arrive) and only the non-replaceable original and vital & sensitive info docs via FedEx ($93, arrived in 2 days). You got a good deal JODO, I guess my stuff was somewhat heavier!

Oh my Doodle....going to Egypt in July??? I thought I was gonna DIE when I was there in July. I've never been so hot in my life. I keep telling Khallid that I'll never go to Egypt again during the summer. :star:

It's either die of heat or die of a loney heart. :crying::crying::crying:

Plus we're staying in Alexandria this time right on the beach with a/c so hopefully it won't be too bad since I don't plan on leaving the room much.

Nothing quite like being stuck in traffic in a taxi in Cairo in the summertime. BLEH!
