Hi i just want to ask about A number but first heres the situation ..

My fiance filed k1 visa but get terminated .. our papers was returned to USCIS bcos my fiance didnt withdraw his old petition for his ex 8 yrs ago. . We wait for the responce to it .. and we received the letter last week .. uscis say the petitioner may choose to file new 129f petition .. so my question is do i need to put the A number they give me in the terminated petition in the new 129f we will file????

You do not need to, as in it isn't a must do or die type of situation. If they gave you an A# already in the past, then you can list it. If you leave it blank, you should also be fine. Your choice, though not sure why you wouldn't just list it if you have one.

Oh im sorry .. its just make me think if i should put it or not because i didnt know if they will give me new A Number bcos we get terminated in the previous one ..

The Alien Registration Number is assigned as an ID number for you by the USCIS. It is not a case number. It won't change from petition to petition. That same A# stays with you, and you will find it printed on your green card eventually, if and when you become a US permanent resident.
