Hello there VJ Family,

My fiancée is currently working an online job from home in the Philippines. We are currently in the process of the K-1 Fiance Visa. She had asked me recently if her job allowed her to continue working once she comes to U.S would it be required for her to get a work permit or Green Card? I've tried looking up anything similar to that but couldn't find what I was looking for. I am assuming that because she would be in the U.S. that technically she would be working inside the U.S even though it doesn't seem like her job is primarily focused on U.S. citizens or stationed there. I don't want us to do anything that would jeopardize her being able to live here with me so I am being extra cautious about this whole process. Does anyone know the answer to this question?
