I have filed for my parents, the I-130 was approved. i have a couple questions.

If i get 2 NVC case numbers then will i have to send to separate packets in the mail?

Will the affidavit of support(I-864) and civil documents go in the same packet?

I will also need a joint sponsor. Does this person have to be a relative, do they have to bee in the same city or state as me?

You can send prepare two separate packets ie one for your mom and one for dad. Each packet containing all the documents , financial as well as civil with covering sheet( having case# and name) on the top. Put both packets in one large envelope and mail. Dont forget to write case# on each page.

For Joint sponsor, he/she can be any one who is above 18 and Us Citizen/ Permanent Resident and meets financial requirements.
