Hello vj family

I just received a RFE.

They ask me:

-2 color photographs of the petitioner (my husband)

- and a supplement form I-693(immunizations) performed by a doctor on the list of uscis authorized physicians. (Please return results for missing varicella vaccination in a sealed envelope].

I sent my form Ds 3025 with all my vaccines: in the case of varicella ,the doctor said yes with the sign D but without date (D means not routinely available).

Now what should I do?

We just call an authorized center by uscis they said that it is 300 $(without the vaccine fees).and after that we need to go in a pharmacy to do the vaccine with the prescription of the doctor.

Do I need to do the physical again?

You will need to look at the list of civil surgeons in your area and call around. Some civil surgeons will not do the I-693 unless they give you a physical exam. You may be able to find one that will give you the shot you need and then fill out the I-693.

Not routinely available means you did not receive it, and needed it. Varicella, or a history of having chickenpox, is required for AOS. You need to find a civil surgeon that will give you the missing shot and do the vaccination transcription only. You do not need a new medical. It seems the RFE asks for only the immunizations.
