HELP. My husband is from northern kurdistan iraq.they have never gone south to baghdad.safety concerns.I put baghdad for the interview. Not knowing this.I want to change interview location.jordan turned us down.now im trying for Turkey but theres the refugee problems.any suggestions.. thank u!

My finace is Kurdish as well. When he got his visa to come over for his masters, he had no problems at the Baghdad Embassy. He said it's pretty safe in the green zone and is surrounded by T walls or whatever those giant concrete walls are. We plan on having him go there.

The embassy where you would like to transfer (Ankara) makes the choice. Contact them to learn about your options.
