is consulate return expedite possible?????

please help, according to this website - https://www.dhs.gov/topic/consular-returns-teleconference-recap expedite of consular return is available, we applied and they sent us email back that they cannot give us expedite request because its not available,but website clearly states it is. can it be mistake from officer?

we did and when I called we were able to raise expedite however two days later we received email that its not available , consular returns are same for everyone, do you think according to the website publish officer made a mistake? its written there the last sentence that the expedite is possible

well they think that officer at phone made mistake not putting consular return to notes. because when you have premium processing available you have to pay for it and not use expedite.but since this is consular return, premium processing is no mre available and therefore we should fall under expedite category

That would be logical, you have gone past the premium processing issue.

I do not remember seeing a similar expedite case, presumably you have to have a reason to ask for one?

yes we firstly applied with premium processing,than we had expedite approved at nvc as well. now we really need expedite processing because of my not presence, employer already lost probably about 80 000 , me 100 000 dolars, so we are experiencing huge financial loss, i just dont get it when its written on website with consular return,that expedite is possible, than why customer service is saying something else
